Canada & USA Shipping for orders more than 200$ before tax is Free and will take 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping to Canada is $10 and will take 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping to USA is $25 and will take 5 to 10 business days.
All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delivery estimation is from the time order is shipped.
We use Canada Post to ship the orders and provide tracking numbers.
Please kindly note that SheKnows Brand is NOT responsible for duty fees or taxes for international orders. If you refuse the parcel upon arrival in your country, the shipping cost for returning the goods will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase or you want to exchange it please send us your order number via contact us page so we send you the return information.
Returns are accepted for an exchange or a refund within 7 business days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
We ask that you to kindly use the polybag you received your order in to return the items. You are responsible of the shipping fees to return the items in the case of an exchange or refund.
The exchange or refund will be made once the items are received at the workshop.
